I became a fan of Westlife in 2000. I then split from my ex and was living on my own. Westlife was my constant companion and I have loved them ever since, and will continue to love them.

I became a Westlife fan when i was 7... 2002~ I'm 13 now!!
I live in Hong Kong, and it's real popular to have maids here, everyone has 'em, 'coz all the parents are real busy!LmaO~ Anyways, so my maid is a Flipino (as most of them are), and she used to share the same room wif me (when i was 7 like). And in her cabinet was this poster of Westlife (it was a Coast to Coast poster..*oh, the fond memories!! ) Anyways, and in her cabinet were loads of Westlife albums, CTC, WL, WOOO... And I still remember she saw me secretly looking at her poster like everyday! So she started introducing me to Westlife (and she gave me her poster!! ) and I remember listening to my first eva Westlife song - Swear it Again.. Luv that song!! And well, since then.. I mean, once you're in love wif Westlife, there's no breaking up!! I still remember when they came to HK, and me mum n dad paid for the concert tickets for me and my maid to go watch 'em!! I was 10.. I think!!~ THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!
-------------------- To me, they're all perfect

Me becoming a devoted Westlife fan was all down to James Blunt... I'd been a fan when they first came out, as a teenybopper of about 6(!), but I was too little to go touring and stuff, and then around the time Brian left and the rat pack album came out they kinda went off my radar (unthinkable now..)...
However, about Christmas 2005, You Raise Me Up brought them back to my attention. My mum got the Face to Face album for christmas that year, but I used to steal it and play it every night. Later, in 2006, my dad got an email advertising the James Blunt 'summer nights' concert at Blenheim Palace. James Blunt was kind of really big then, so we were going to get tickets. However, when my dad went to order them, he saw that James Blunt was playing the night we went on holiday so we couldn't go...BUT the night before that Westlife were playing. We got those tickets instead, I had an amazing time and was truly addicted, and went on every tour since, to signings and Croke...I bet my dad never realised how much those first tickets would cost him over the following years with trips to Ireland etc...

It was in 2oo2. I had been into the Backstreet Boys before. But 'cause they had splitted in 2oo1 and I had been very sad, I swore to never become a fan of a boyband again. Yeah, it was autumn of the year 2oo2, I was 12 year old and I was listening a lot of radio. A song I'd heard ever and ever again was "World of our own". By the end of the year, "World of our own" wasn't played that much anymore and I began to do a little research what the band was called which sang that song. I found out, that of course it was Westlife. But there was a Problem, Westlife was a boyband! I tried to ignore it, until my 13th birthday, on which I couldn't resist Westlife anymore and bought me the "Greatest Hits". Yeah, that was the beginning
